Every effort is made to maintain sufficient stock of all the products we offer. Potential inventory shortages at our warehouse may impact our ability to fulfill an order. We reserve the right to cancel an order if we are, for any reason, unable to fulfill the order requirements. During holidays, special or exclusive promotions or due to other factors, some "in stock" items may have a longer lead time to prepare for shipment.
Inventory shortages or other fulfillment issues may cause delays. Your order is shipped using a carrier that we have selected. Every effort is made to facilitate sending your order on time, and by the estimated delivery date. After your order is processed and fulfilled, an email will be sent to you containing the order tracking number. Once your order is fulfilled and placed in the hands of our selected shipping carrier, we are unable to guarantee any delivery date indicated by them.
All bundled items must be returned with all components for a full refund. Bundle components may not all have the same return policy. All return must request for "RMA" Return Merchandise Authorization number and include them with packing list & receipt or proof of purchase when ship back.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. No Partial Returns - We do not facilitate any partial returns or exchanges. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refund exceptions; Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a packing slip or receipt may be denied a refund or exchange. If Magic Cook is purchased from other retailers or online stores other than MagicCook.Net, please contact them for refund policy.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 business days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
